KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Some local kids got the chance to cross a few items off their Christmas list Tuesday.
Hallmark donated a shopping spree to the Boys and Girls Club of Kansas City. Each child received $100 to spend as they wished. Volunteers helped the kids shop.
"You just have to take one look at them. They're glowing and they're excited," Dred Scott of the Boys and Girls Club said.
The local retailer raised $80,000 by auctioning off Christmas trees,
