KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol canceled a Silver Alert on Friday night for a missing 78-year-old woman.
Pamela A. Johnston was last seen about 2:30 p.m. on Friday at the Sapp Brothers Truck Stop near Missouri Highway 7 and Interstate 49 in Harrisonville, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
The Cass County Sheriff's Office had requested the statewide alert after the woman was reported missing.
Both the sherriff's office and highway patrol announced Friday around 11:15 p.m. that Johnston had been located and was safe.
