KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Friday was a dream come true for a Chiefs fan. But it had nothing to do with the team. NBC Sports gave him a behind-the-scenes tour.
24-year-old Curtis Priesendorf has celebral palsy. And while he has helped call Harrisonville High School football games, his mother says Friday was different.
"He's been a football fan all his life," said Curtis' mother Carol Thompson. "This is a once in a lifetime experience. I am so excited. He's never done anything like this."
During the tour, NBC Sports took him to the broadcast booth and the production truck.
Then he got a surprise visit from NBC Sports' Mike Tirico and Tony Dungy.
