Community still feels safe after Officer's death in Westport

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — It's been almost week since Thomas Orr, 30, was shot and killed Sunday night at Californos in Westport. 

Orr, who was off duty at the time, was an innocent bystander. 

Today we talked to Westport patrons who say they feel safe. They think the violence in Westport is indicative of a community-wide problem.
