KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A vacant building that's slowly crumbling and started collapsing Saturday will be torn down Tuesday night.

Bricks fell from the two-story building at East 39th Street and Woodland Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri, over the weekend and again Tuesday morning, spilling debris onto Woodland.

No one was injured in either incident, but city authorities ruled the building's condition an emergency and ordered the demolition.
