Demolition is underway on the Great Mall of the Great Plains in Olathe.
Demolition will be wrapped up in the next five to six months.
The mall shut down last September. According to those with the project, a change in shopping habits was a major contribution in the shutting down of the mall.
Burlington Coat Factory will remain open.
