KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The woman who broke the news of the Chiefs-Mahomes deal got a special gift from the championship team.
The Kansas City Chiefs sent Katie Camlin a bottle of Dom Perignon signed by Patrick Mahomes and Chris Jones. She tweeted out pictures on Sunday morning.

Camlin is the Plaza Liquor employee who broke the news of Mahomes contract extension on Twitter over the summer, when a front office employee came into her work to buy six bottles of Dom Perignon to celebrate a big signing. She tweeted about it, guessing that it was a Mahomes deal.
Her hunch was confirmed a little over an hour later.
