KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Authorities said someone fired a gun into the air Friday afternoon outside Winnetonka High School.
Police, school security and Clay County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the school on NE 48th Street around 3 p.m.
Video from SKYTRACKER showed an area of the parking lot near a construction trailer blocked off while police investigated.
No students were hit.
It’s unclear who may have fired the shot.
