KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Jamesport, Missouri, man died and a Trenton, Missouri, man was seriously injured in a crash Thursday morning.
Eric S. Virtue, 38, died when his car was hit head-on about three miles west of Trenton on Missouri 6.
The crash happened as a truck heading westbound on MO-6 crossed the center line and hit Virtue’s eastbound car around 5:30 a.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
He had been wearing his seatbelt, according to MSHP.
The other driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was seriously injured.
