The four suspects in the She's A Pistol Murder case will not be tried as a group.

A Johnson County judge ruled Thursday that suspect DeAnthony Wiley will be allowed to have a separate trial from Londro Patterson. With previous rulings that means all four suspects in Jon Bieker's murder will have separate trials.

Bieker was co-owner of She's A Pistol gun store in Shawnee, Kansas. He was murdered during a botched robbery in January 2015. Wiley, Hakeem Malik, Patterson and Nicquan Midgyett are the four murder suspects in Bieker's death.

Defense attorneys successfully argued that if the suspects are tried together, defense strategy and testimony from one suspect could hurt the other. The judge agreed, and there will be four separate trials.

The judge is expected to set the first trial date in 60 days. It is likely that two years will have passed since the murder before the first trial begins.
