KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City, Kansas, police officer shot a man, sending him to the hospital Friday night, according to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
KBI says the shooting happened near Kansas Ave. and 65th St. around 7:35 p.m.
According to KBI, a man was shot and taken to KU Medical Center.
No officers were injured during the incident, according to KBI.
The Bureau says more information will become available as they investigate.
