UPDATE | KCKPD said Thursday, Aug. 1, that Murphy had been identified as the man found dead in woods near 38th and State Avenue.
PREVIOUS| Police in Kansas City, Kansas, are asking for help to locate a 41-year-old man who was last seen on July 9.
Kevin L. Murphy, 41, was seen leaving the Legends Outlets Kansas City on that day and hasn’t been seen since.
Murphy is 6 feet 4 inches, weighs 210 pounds and has brown eyes with a shaved head.
