KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 22-year-old man is facing charges after prosecutors say he was spotted "conducting lewd activity" near a neighborhood pool in Shawnee.
Michael Gillespie is charged with felony lewd and lascivious behavior and misdemeanor lewd and lascivious behavior.
Prosecutors said people at a pool in the Woodsonia subdivision in Shawnee spotted Gillespie's alleged activity and reported it to police.
His bond is set at $5,000. One of the conditions of his bond is that he can't be near any public, community or apartment pool.
