KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man wearing a St. Louis Cardinals baseball cap got away with an undisclosed amount of money Monday after robbing a bank in St. Joseph, Missouri.
FBI agents say the man entered the Citizen’s Bank and Trust around 3 p.m. Monday at 5305 N. Belt Highway.
An FBI spokesperson says the suspect gave a note to the teller that included a threat of a weapon, though surveillance video does not show the man with a weapon.
The man, described as 5’8” or taller with a medium build, was last seen fleeing the scene on foot wearing a blue jacket and the baseball cap.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
