KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department issued an update Friday that a missing 63-year-old man was found dead.
Police do not believe foul play was involved in the death of Paul Thrasher.
He was last seen Sunday morning at the Phillips 66 at 5940 Leavenworth Road in KCK.
