UPDATE 10:25 PM 7/10/2017: Police say Victor Pemberton has been found safe.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Kansas City police say no one has seen 83-year-old Victor Pemberton since he left his home Monday morning.
Pemberton was last seen leaving his home near 40 Highway and Noland Road at about 9:30 a.m. Monday.
He's 5'10" tall, weighs about 170 pounds, has gray hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a white cap and blue button down shirt. He drives a silver 2004 Chevrolet HHR with a dent on the right side and Washington state plates.
KCPD believes he may be in the Raytown or Independence area. Pemberton has an eye condition and is not supposed to be driving at night.
