KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 44-year-old Olathe man is accused of taking pictures of women without their consent inside a Nordstrom Rack in Lenexa according to court records.

Jonathan Falen was arrested Thursday and charged with three counts of breach of privacy in connection with two incidents that occurred on March 27 and April 14, according to records.

Lenexa police said in April that officers were looking for a man suspected of taking pictures and video of women in a department store changing room without their knowledge. Within hours, police said they had identified the man.

After the incident, Nordstrom said in a statement that it notified the Lenexa Police Department as soon as it became aware of the situation.
