UPDATE 10:40 p.m. | Amphai Henderson has been located and is safe, according to Olathe police.
ORIGINAL STORY | Olathe police issued a Silver Alert Tuesday night for a missing 73-year-old woman.
Amphai Henderson was last seen Tuesday about 12:40 p.m. in the 10800 block of South Deer Run Street in Olathe, according to an Olathe Police Department news release.
Henderson is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a blue or black sweatsuit with black, slip-on Skechers.
She also was wearing a Buddha necklace, according to the news release.
Police said she might be trying to go to Topeka, where she used to live.
