ORIGINAL STORY, Sept. 15 | Police in Olathe are searching for a 15-year-old girl and her 2-month-old baby after both went missing from foster care overnight.
The Olathe Police Department issued an endangered runaway alert Tuesday for Emily B. Cheatum-Collins and her infant daughter, Zelaya L. Page.
According to police, Emily “fled from foster care sometime overnight.”
Emily is 5 feet, 5 inches and 140 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. Zelaya has black hair and brown eyes.
