KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri Highway Patrol and Raytown Police Department issued a missing persons alert for a man who is a witness in a pending homicide case.
Police are looking for Kenneth Cornwell, Jr., 42, of Raytown.
Cornwell was last seen driving a green 2000 Kia Spectra on East 67th Street in Raytown around 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019.
Cornwell is described as a 6-foot-tall white man, weighing 240 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes and tattoos on his left and right arms.
