Police say a kidnapping victim has been found and the suspect is in custody.
Officials said an assault occurred around 10 a.m. on Thursday. The victim, Sumer Nigh was assaulted by Joey Dennis and forced into a vehicle, police said.
Police said Nigh was found and is safe. Dennis turned himself in.
Detectives are investigating.
