UPDATE, 3 p.m. | The Missouri State Highway Patrol has cancelled the Silver Alert for Johnson after he was located safe.
EARLIER | The Raymore Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for Clifford A. Johnson.
Johnson, 84, was last seen Thursday morning near 305 E. Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Missouri.
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall with white hair and hazel eyes.
Johnson is diagnosed with dementia, hypertension and has a hearing impairment.
The department said Johnson was last seen at a Harrisonville post office, where he seemed confused and was unable to say his name.
He drives a dark red 2005 Buick LaCrosse bearing Missouri plates VB8X0B. He was last seen heading westbound on east Mechanic Street in Harrisonville.
