Thieves use car to burglarize Leon's Thriftway

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Three unidentified black men are suspected of crashing a vehicle through a loading dock door early Thursday morning at Leon’s Thriftway and stealing an unknown amount of money from two ATMs.

Kansas City police responded to an intrusion alarm at 4:19 a.m. at 4400 E. 39th St. and found the large loading door at the store’s rear on the north side had been forced open.

The two ATMs were damaged.
