KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Someone in Overland Park, Kansas is without a ring.
Overland Park public works crews found the ring at one of the city’s two storm debris drop-off site.
A city spokeswoman says the owner knew it was missing and asked if it had been recovered, but left before crews found the ring.
The twist: The city doesn’t know who the owner was and is trying to locate them.
