GREENWOOD, Mo. — Falling Down Ranch offers a fairly new trend for those trying to relax. It's a practice known as goat yoga.
The ranch in Greenwood, Missouri, has been up and running for five years, and it was brought to life by a mother-daughter duo who fell in love with baby goats.
The idea of goat yoga began after they used their goats for yoga during a fundraiser event, which grew in popularity.
The community demanded that the fun activity be brought back year after year. Now, Falling Down Ranch offers it to the public.
Those who want to take part can sign up for classes and even have parties on the ranch.
Falling Down Ranch also raises fainting goats and has new babies coming in spring 2021.
The owners say goat yoga is relaxing, but also a fun way to interact with the animals.
