The James Beard Award finalist owns and operates Corvino Supper Club & Tasting Room, and now Ravenous, with wife Christina Corvino, general manager and sommelier.
At Corvino, guests experience two concepts under one roof to the tune of live music.
The menu is a mixture of crowd-favorite staples, such as the seaweed donuts, and rotating experimental dishes.
Ravenous, which operates out of the Corvino location, offers fast-casual weekday lunch including menu items such as parmesan bolognese fries, classic cheeseburgers and cheesy chili butter tots.
Le Cordon Bleu schools were mentioned in this episode. NPR reports that in 2019, the parent company of Le Cordon Bleu North America agreed that almost 180 thousand students would not have to pay back their student loans to the company at schools, including Le Cordon Bleu campuses in North America which have since closed.
