A remembrance ceremony for the 16th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks is being held in New York City.
The ceremony will remember and honor the thousands of people who were killed in the attacks at the World Trade Center site, the Pentagon, on Flight 93, and those who died in the February 26, 1993, WTC bombing.
The commemoration is taking place on the 9/11 Memorial plaza at the World Trade Center site.
