FINAL | Curacao earns point vs Ecuadorian barrage in Kansas City World Cup match

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The smallest country in the FIFA 2026 World Cup showed it had the biggest heart, with Curaçao earning a draw vs Ecuador at Kansas City Stadium.

On Friday, KC2026 announced updates to its transportation plan to take effect with Saturday’s match. KC2026 also shared a Kansas City Stadium transportation guide Saturday on social media.

UPDATE, 3 p.m. | The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department took to social media Saturday to remind FIFA Fan Fest visitors of the event's clear bag policy.

KCPD said bags that don't meet policy requirements are "diverting law enforcement resources, as the bags must be thoroughly inspected." Police also said there has been an issue with fans stashing "non-compliant bags" around the venue, which creates a security risk.
