Right now a proposed bill dealing with gun rights is front and center in Kansas. The bill would protect the firearms industry from discrimination. Basically, if passed, it would be illegal to refuse to do business with anyone that deals with guns or ammunition.

The proposal is titled "The Firearms Industry Nondiscrimination Act," a trade association initiative by the National Shooting Sports Foundation.
