The Missouri Secretary of State has approved a petition calling for a constitutional amendment to legalize marijuana for medicinal purposes.
In order for this to get on the ballet pro-pot supporters must get roughly 160,000 valid signatures on the petition.
The American Academy of Pediatrics and The American Society of Addiction Medicine are both against medical marijuana laws.
