northeast Kansas, including the following areas, in north central
Kansas, Clay, Cloud, Ottawa, Republic and Washington. In northeast
Kansas, Marshall, Pottawatomie and Riley.
The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being
cancelled.
