Beginning March 13, the Missouri Department of Transportation will shut down that bridge over Interstae 70 for bridge deck rehabilitation.
This will last more than two weeks. In that time drivers will be re-routed using Charlotte Street, Troost Avenue and Admiral Boulevard.
The 8th Street Bridge is expected to reopen on March 28.
