KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Missouri Gov. Mike Parson is giving his daily COVID-19 update.
Many areas of the state moved forward with reopening plans Monday.
As of 2:45 p.m. Monday, there were nearly 9,000 cases of COVID-19 in Missouri.
In the Kansas City area, cases surpassed 3,000.
