KANSAS CITY, Mo. — People in Roeland Park will no longer be required to wear masks indoors beginning Tuesday.

On Monday night, the City Council voted to let a mask mandate expire at midnight.

The indoor mask mandate was implemented in August as COVID-19 cases rose due to the delta variant.

In Oct, the council voted to extend it until Monday.

The city still recommends people where masks.
