Final defendant in 'She's a Pistol' murder case pleads guilty

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The final defendant in the "She's a Pistol" murder case has pleaded guilty to all charges.

DeAnthony Wiley pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, attempted aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, and aggravated battery. 

Wiley and four other men attempted to rob She's a Pistol, a gun store in Shawnee, Kansas, at gunpoint on Jan. 9, 2015. 

One of the store's co-owners, Jon Bieker, was shot to death in an exchange of gunfire with the attempted robbers after one of the men assaulted his wife, Becky Bieker, who is also a co-owner.

Wiley was also shot and was left paralyzed. 

He was the last of his accomplices to be tried. 

A jury found Londro Emanuel Patterson, III guilty of first-degree murder, attempted aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery and aggravated battery.

Hakeem Malik and Nicquan Midgyett also pleaded guilty to the same charges.

Wiley's sentencing is set for April 12.
