KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Johnson County District Attorney Steve Howe said Wednesday there wasn’t enough evidence to charge anyone in his office’s review of a child abuse investigation involving Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill and his fiancée Crystal Espinal.

In this week’s 41 Files Podcast, reporter Ariel Rothfield and "4th and 1" Chiefs podcast host Tod Palmer break down Howe’s news conference and the message he might have sent in lieu of charges.

Later in the episode, Palmer discusses how the news could impact the 2019 season for the Chiefs.
