KANSAS CITY, Mo. — There’s more change coming to the Country Club Plaza.
Burberry confirmed its Plaza location is closing March 24.
A Burberry spokesperson sent 41 Action News the following statement:
“We regularly review our worldwide store footprint, and as part of that process, we have made the decision to close our Country Club Plaza store. Our customers can continue to purchase the full Burberry collection online at burberry.com.”
This is one of many changes to the Plaza. Earlier this month, Plaza III announced it would close its location at 4749 Pennsylvania on March 10. The Plaza has since announced True Food Kitchen will open in 2019 in Plaza III’s space.
It was also announced Nordstrom would move from Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, Kansas to the Plaza. An exact location hasn’t been announced.
Shake Shack is also moving into the former Talbots location at 47th and Central in fall 2018.
