KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Cleveland Division of Police said Wednesday it would conduct an internal investigation into its overall response to the incident involving former Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt.
Body camera video obtained by 41 Action News in July shows police questioning Hunt and others involved.
Last week, TMZ Sports released video showing Hunt shoving and kicking a woman. The Chiefs released Hunt a few hours later.
Hunt was never arrested or charged in connection to the February incident inside a Cleveland hotel.

Also Wednesday, Cleveland Police said it determined a member of the department gave a copy of the police report involving the incident to a representative of the NFL.
This report did not go through the official public records request process. On Tuesday, 41 Action News obtained all the official requests in connection to the February incident.
It did not list the NFL until November 30, the day TMZ released the video. At that time, the league requested unedited copies of all police reports, police records, photos, body camera footage, 911 calls, police radio calls, police radio reports and surveillance/hotel video footage.
In a statement to 41 Action News on Tuesday, the league said it requested surveillance video of the incident from the hotel property following the incident.
The statement also said the league obtained and reviewed "material developed by police, which included the written reports prepared by the officers who responded to the incident, and later the interviews that were recorded by bodycams and the recordings of the 911 calls."
The league has not gone into detail about when it obtained that information.
