KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A train and dump truck collided on a Northland track Monday afternoon.
The incident occurred just after 1 p.m. on the track in the 3800 block of N. Skiles Drive in Kansas City.
A spokesman for BNSF said the train was picking up cars for a customer.
The train was moving less than five miles an hour when it hit the dump truck.
The spokesman for the railway said the truck driver didn't yield for the train.
No serious injuries have been reported.
