LAWRENCE, Kan.- At least two vehicles were damaged in an early morning shooting near 10th & Kentucky.
Police were called to the scene about 1:30 a.m. on the sound of shots fired.
Multiple callers reported hearing gunshots being fired in the area.
Two vehicles in a nearby parking lot were damaged.
So far, no injuries have been reported.
Police also say at this time they do not believe this shooting is related to the shooting at the Motel 6 in North Lawrence two hours earlier.
Residents in the area of 10th & Kentucky are encouraged to check their property for possible damage, and should contact police if located.
