Clay County drivers, expect some delays on northbound Interstate 35 over the weekend.
The Missouri Department of Transportation crews will be reducing northbound I-35 from I-435 to Flintlock Flyover to one lane starting Saturday at 7 a.m.
Crews are removing the temporary asphalt crossover in the median of I-35. All lanes are scheduled to reopen Sunday at 4 p.m.
This is all part of MoDOT's plan to improve the interstate from Vivion Road to Pleasant Valley Road.
