A good topic of discussion around the break room today may be the chance of snow next week!
It's Friday! And, we have a very interesting weather pattern setting up for the next week. Some of the computer models have snow. Well, just about every computer model is showing some snow in KC before Halloween.
Is this a trick or a treat?
The weather pattern is still setting up for the season.
There is a big difference between the models that we look at to help us predict the weather.
The American Model (GFS) has snow as early as Monday.
Most of the other models show a chance of snow by Tuesday or Wednesday.
The bottom line - a big cold change is arriving as October comes to a close.
It certainly does not look warm for trick or treating this year. We will be monitoring this closely, so watch 41 Action News on this Friday Night In The Big Town and we will keep you updated.
