Tuesday: Breezy and warmer with increasing high clouds this afternoon.  Wind: S-SW 10-25 mph. High: 54° 

Tonight:  Mostly cloudy and breezy.  Wind: SW 10-25 to W 10-25. Low: 28°, 40s this evening

Wednesday:  Sunny and cool, a nice December day. High: 49° 

Thursday:  The wind will increase from the north with some drizzle or light rain likely.  The chance of rain is 70% with 0.10" to .50" of rain possible, most southeast of KC. Wind: N 10-20 mph. Low: 33° High: 39°
