Weather Blog - A Look Into The Chiefs Forecast In Mexico City

Good evening bloggers,

Cloud cover has been streaming over our Kansas City skyline today. The clouds will clear later tonight, and Thursday looks cool. The warming trend will return Friday, and pick up into next week. There is even a chance of it warming up to near 60 degrees, possibly by Saturday, and even more likely by mid-next week.

As we look ahead into Thanksgiving week, we are seeing a possible storm or two, but it is too early to see if there will be any significant impacts in our region. We will begin looking into that big travel week in a couple of days.

Speaking of travel, the Kansas City Chiefs are traveling to Mexico City. This is a road game against the Los Angeles Chargers, although it is quite obviously a neutral site. Mexcio City is over 7,000 feet above sea level, on a plateau in southern Mexico. Since it is so high, the weather is usually pretty nice. The weather forecast for the game could not be much better. We are predicting near 71 degrees for the high and in the 50s and 60s for the game, which will be played on Monday Night Football. Here is a picture of Mexico City.

Have a great evening! It did warm up today, but it is still a bit on the cold side. Expect a low tonight of 28 degrees.
