Good Sunday bloggers,

Happy November! November started with a cloudless, super Sunday sunrise! We will look at weather changes during the first 10-15 days of November, below.

This is also October Statistics day which means we look back at October before we look ahead. October was an odd weather month. We reached 90° and it snowed and it took until the 21st to see measurable rainfall. Our first freeze occurred during our first snow and it lasted 30 hours.

Also, we officially are having the most active hurricane season ever recorded as "Eta" has formed overnight in the Caribbean Sea. Hurricane season ends on November 30th, so we may add to the record. 2005 was the last time and only other time we needed the Greek alphabet to name tropical systems in the Atlantic basin.

We are in a much calmer weather pattern as opposed to what it was like last week. Here is a look at the weather for Election Day, great voting weather.

We track Eta and a series of weather changes the next 10 days in the video below.

Have a great week and stay healthy. Go Chiefs!
