We have been in an odd summer pattern and it continues into August. After seeing less than 2" of rain in June we had over 10" of rain in July. Now we start August with unseasonably cool air.
Our upper level flow is from the North Pole and we are tracking a tropical storm. How long will we see our cool August weather?
