This will be a quick blog update. We will be doing a Facebook Live on 41 Action News around 8:45 PM. The surface storm, shown in the picture on this blog, is centered where you see the main surface low. A new low was developing around 8 PM over Missouri. This low may take over, and then the wind will begin increasing from the northwest.
HIGH WIND WARNING:
There is a High Wind Warning in effect for winds that may gust up to 60 mph, which is as strong as a severe thunderstorm. The winds will begin increasing around 11 PM or so. And, then they will be rattling the windows the rest of the night. The wind will weaken by around noon on Wednesday as the next storm begins to approach.
The Thanksgiving Day storm is still coming into focus, so read the last blog entry. Nothing has changed yet. Watch our newscast on 41 Action News at 10 for the new data, and we will have our Winter Forecast on at 10:18 PM.
