Good Tuesday bloggers,

Mother Nature can be horrible and beautiful at the same time. The horrible fires in the western USA are bringing us some pretty sunrises and sunsets. Another example are ice storms. The trees are coated in a beautiful glaze of ice. And, at the same time the trees and power lines can break causing power outages. Also, the roads can become rather slick.

Laura became a hurricane around 7 AM on Tuesday. It has about 36 hours of tracking over the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Unfortunately, this means it could become a major hurricane before it makes landfall early Thursday. We also need rain and could Laura help us out?

The details of hurricane Laura and our next chance of rain is in the video below.

Have a great rest of your week and stay healthy.
