When it comes to the weather, we are neither "here nor there." If you want dry weather, then being "neither here nor there" is the place to be. If you want rain, you want to be "here or there."
I will say it for the zillionth time: We need rain as we are 5" below average since June 1. There is a rain-producing system in Missouri and a cold front in Nebraska.
Will they bring rain to our area for Labor Day weekend?
