The current round of heavy rain and thunderstorms is winding down. A new round of very heavy rain and thunderstorms is likely later tonight.
This morning there were water rescues in and around St. Joseph, MO. It is amazing how fast you can go from drought to deluge. KCI is approaching a 7" month after such a dry June.
